We are just minutes from Bradenton Beach, Holmes Beach, Anna Maria Island and Longboat Key

One of our locations is a 6000 square foot open bay garage which we have a 800 sq ft of the floor is tiled for shooting, It is a fully functional garage used for the restoration of old cars. We currently have several muscle cars stored and ready to shoot with.

Another location is a 2-story boathouse. Downstairs is 2200 sq ft of storage and garage for the boats and toys while upstairs is 2200 sq ft living area. It is fully furnished, but vacant. It is used for studio work, and for overnight stays for guest and family.

With the many local beaches and national parks near by, we never have a lack of locations.
